One of the things I’m most proud of is my ability to consistently adapt to new challenges and deliver results. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to several essential projects, from playing a key role in the implementation of the myHire/PageUp software which helped optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency to collaborating in the creation and launch of the James City County Career Center. Additionally, I earned my SHRM-CP certification, further enhancing my expertise and commitment to HR best practices.

Keep applying to those roles that align with your skills and values, and ensure that you are putting your best foot forward always. Tailor your resume to align with the jobs you are applying for and network as much as possible. Start building relationships with those that are in your field of choice and utilize those relationships so that you can continue to grow and develop.

In my experience, I have learned that it is important to always find different ways of doing things. So, consult with those impacted by your work, and with those who are doing work like yours in far off places. It's also important to help others understand how things are connected, because decisions usually aren't made for the best interest of one individual or team. They are usually made for the collective operation of a department and a community.
