Absolutely! In the past year I've dealt with some personal situations that have required my time and attention. My team was very understanding and worked with me to ensure that I had the resources I needed to deal with the situation and still be a valuable player. I had deadlines and priorities that guided my work while taking time for myself was also encouraged.
